Finance and Audit Committee
The Finance and Audit Committee meets regularly to review budgetary matters, operational issues and interim financial statements.  The committee provides oversight on financial reporting and audit issues, and also acts as the liaison between the Foundation board and external auditors.

The members of the Finance and Audit Committee for FY 2010-2011 are:
