The Donor Connections Calendar is a quarterly publication that lists dates when local nonprofits will be hosting presentations, tours, programs and activities to educate the public about their services. The calendar will be e-mailed to Community Foundation of Louisville donors as well as be available on this website.

Important:  This calendar is not designed to promote fundraising events.  Rather, the programs or events listed should be opportunities for Foundation donors -- and the general community -- to learn more about your mission and services.

INSTRUCTIONS – Please Read Carefully!

1. Identify upcoming educational programs, tours or activities that your organization will be hosting in October - December 2010.
2. Submit your information to the Community Foundation by Wednesday, September 1.
3. If you will be hosting an event on more than one date, submit a separate form for each date (each form submitted counts as an event - limit of three events per calendar quarter).
4. Promote your event through your regular communication channels – web site, e-mail, newsletter, etc.
5. Gather information from your attendees – names, addresses, how they found out about your event, etc.
6. The Community Foundation WILL NOT:
   - Promote your event other than the calendar listing
   - Provide you with a mailing list of our donors
   - Take reservations for your event
   - Accept late submissions for the calendar
   - Accept incomplete forms
   - Accept multiple dates on one form
   - List fundraising events
   - List events that have an admission charge
   - List events that do not meet criteria for inclusion in the Donor Connections Calendar
